About this Drink

A delicious riff on the classic White Lady, Dangerous pleasures has all the strength and citrus bite of its parent, but is laced with hot ginger liqueur. It’s the perfect partner to Hallowe’en parties, but can be enjoyed all year round.

  • 50 ml dry Gin
  • 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 25 ml The King’s Ginger liqueur

  1. Half-fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add each ingredient to the shaker. (You can also add a little egg white if you want it to have a creamy head.)
  3. Shake hard untill your hand is too cold to continue.
  4. Double-strain into a suitable class, and garnish with a slice of lemon or a lychee “eye.”
